Fonteva Events enables organizations to build custom branded event microsites for customers, which are responsive to any device and display screen size. Users can create tailored event pages for small and simple events, to large and complex conferences which showcase all important event details such as speakers, vendors, or sponsors, and include advanced registration tools for attendees. Through the web-based event builder, organizations can enter event information, select registration style, set up multiple ticket types and pricing options, and include registration instructions. Users can also add scheduled items to events and add speakers, start and end dates, duration, event images, and more. Additional tools allow users to manage attendees, including the option to define permissions in order to provide only a specific group of users with access to the event.
The Fonteva Events platform is fully native to Salesforce meaning users can get access to real-time events data without leaving their CRM. Users can view customer demographics, create customized dashboards using drag and drop, generate comprehensive reports on all events, and more. Fonteva Events' agenda builder tool allows attendees to build their day-of agenda, as well as learn more about speakers, sessions, venues, and general event information.

This software is a great package to accompany the Fonteva Membership system. It's great to have all of our Association operations under one system for reporting after previously having to use multiple systems to meet all of our needs.
Desvantagens
So far, we have not found many cons but we are only using the system for our very simple, small events. Transitioning from a custom events software for a large +10k attendee conference may be challenging with the needed customizations.
The most impressive thing about the platform is that it does an exceptional job of thinking through the commercial cases that you will find as an association, and then simplifying those processes. There is a good amount of flexibility in terms of being able to customize and adapt many features from the first moment, which makes our use easier.
It also has a large training center (documents and videos) already created, which makes it easier to get up to date with the platform.
Vantagens
This is a great application, that all companies have to try. It offers everything your business needs, you can virtually manage aspects such as schedules, members, websites, meetings, events, business, budgets, promotions, reports and many other things with this wonderful application. You can also develop new ways to promote your business, with great interconnection among the other members that are within the organization
Desvantagens
It has limitations to edit its managed packages, which limits the Administrator in certain configurations. However, there is the possibility of an additional solution for each of these limitations.
The. Ability for us to integrate with our external registion vendor allows us to keep our database up to date and helps reduce dupes which is very important to our organization

Our previous system did not talk with our CMS. Fonteva makes managing an event of nearly 8,000 attendees simple. Real time updates with new member joins and being able to register for our conference the same day makes this system very user friendly.
Desvantagens
We are still in the process of discovering all that the system can do. Better onsite training after launch may have helped less frequent users.
Fonteva has a great technical team that actually listens to customers wants and needs.

This event app is built right into Salesforce so you can report on registrations and track them on dashboards.

There is not a lot of in-house customization possible in terms of the look and feel so users will have the impression that they are on a different website.
