The solution is used by architects, furniture sellers, event planning firms, and real estate professionals to create floor plans. Space Designer 3D lets users draw, edit, and view floor plans and interior designing options on desktops as well as smartphones and tablets.
Space Designer 3D enables professionals to print 2D floor plans, 3D bird’s eye view, and 3D interior design plans in high definition. The solution provides a drag and drop interface that allows designers to click on any portion of the layout and place it at a new location. The software lets users set the dimension of different areas such as bedroom, reading space, parking lot, living room, bathroom, and garden area. It also offers multiple layouts and designs for stairs, windows, doors, sofas, tables, storage units, laundry room, gaming room, recreation units, and kitchen.
Space Designer 3D allows real estate consultants to embed 3D models into their website using the iframe code of design. Users can also share interior design ideas and floor plans on social media and via email. The solution enables users to add a new level or floor which can be renamed later to match client requirements. Levels are then displayed in a drop-down menu and users can switch between levels to view the floor plan.
Space Designer 3D also offers additional features such as annotation tools, group selection, background upload, multiple textures, and items movement in 3D mode. The application hosts all projects in the cloud and requires no plugin installation for access across any device.

Space Designer 3D allowed me to create my floor plan and modify it according to my will.
Pros
The software has a beautiful and modern interface. it is possible to create and visualize the project in 3D and it is also possible to access and edit the project from anywhere and at any time. The software allows you to add your floor plan draw to help you develop the project.
Cons
The tools are limited and the software doesn't have many kitchen furniture options. Each room needs to be built separately which takes longer to finish the project.

Helped me a lot in my Engineering course, but in my opinion, it needs more "Joker" furniture, ones which you can change colors, textures etc..

I used this to design out a VR arcade we are building on hollywood blvd. Overall a good product. Wish there was a little more in the way of People and "retail" scenery. Would be nice if it would pair with Samsung VR and we could use it to walk around. Download the file and navigate.

I used the program to map out our office for a redesign. The software was relatively user-friendly and intuitive. I've never used any similar programs so I have nothing to compare it to, but I would recommend Space Designer 3D to someone wanting to create a simple floor plan.

I came across this software in my search to plan and build several pieces of wooden furniture. There was a slight learning curve but within an hour I was building the pieces with to scale lumber sizes. I was able to then explode the models and calculate buy and cut lists for the project. I was struggling with conceptualizing the structures using analog media. This software allowed me to not only build accurately but find and improve structural issue areas in the designs. Great software for my use.
